This Botched Patient Had 13 Surgeries to Look Like Ivanka Trump

If you’re not already familiar, E!’s Botched is a reality show that follows two successful plastic surgeons, Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow, who try to fix cosmetic procedures that didn’t go as planned the first time around. They fix everything from wonky fillers to butt implants that have mysteriously migrated. On this week’s episode, a woman by the name of Tiffany showed up to talk about the 13 procedures she’s had in just the last year, all for the sake of looking more like Ivanka Trump.
Tiffany told the doctors, “I’ve had 13 surgeries, and I was so pretty before but I’m just more elegant now.” Tiffany apparently believes Ivanka is a “role model for all women,” which is why she’d like to resemble her. Nassif and Dubrof questioned Tiffany about her anesthesia use, asking if she’d been under 13 times in just a year, but she replied that she only went under anesthesia three times. Nassif explained that often, surgeons will do many procedures at once while the patient is under.
