Georgia Doctor Surrenders Medical License Following Drug Charges, Patient Abuse Allegations

A Henry County, Georgia, obstetrician/gynecologist has surrendered his medical license following his 2019 arrest on drug charges and a patient’s 2018 report to Henry County Police alleging he had sexually assaulted her during a cosmetic procedure.
On September 27, 2019, Schilling was arrested and charged and bonded out the same day. He was charged with unauthorized distribution and dispensation, refusal or failure to keep records, refusal to permit inspection, and unlawfully maintaining structure or place.
According to CBS46, more than a dozen patients had lodged complaints about Schilling with the Georgia Composite Medical Board. However, Schilling surrendered his medical license February 12, thereby preventing the complaints from being made public.
