Doctor Claims Patient Caused Own Injuries

A former Corvallis physician being sued for malpractice by another doctor has fired back against her accuser, saying the woman disfigured her own face.
On April 23, The plantiff of Corvallis filed a $7 million lawsuit in Benton County Circuit Court against the defendant. The suit also names Piercey Neurology LLC and Plaza Medi Spa LLC, both medical practices that were operated by the defendant in downtown Corvallis. (The Headache Center at Piercey Neuorlogy LLC, originally listed as a defendant, has been dropped from the lawsuit.)
