Medical aesthetics is composed of majority women owners and medical professionals, and AmSpa thinks it is important to recognize the talents, technique, and business acumen of those dedicated to moving the industry forward.
We are spotlighting women who are going above and beyond to set high standards and foster growth within the industry. These women are not only driven to be the best, but they also strive to bring out the best in those around them and provide the best to every patient they see.

Nominee Eligibility
- Must be women working in the medical aesthetics industry in any capacity.
- Must be working in the United States.
- Self-nominations are welcome.
Judging Criteria
- Leadership qualities and achievements.
